I always tell my friends at the office that they are missing the best cardio class they will ever have the chance to take. It feels great to be able to release the tension of a busy day, relax, enjoy and have fun before going home. Besides, I get a great workout as an extra bonus!

Here’s an alarming statistic: as of 2019, Americans work 7.8% more hours a year than they did in 1979. In fact, across the board, people are working more: more days, more hours, and through more lunches. This upward trend has been steady for 40 years...but productivity and output have not increased accordingly.

This affects every area of your company.

As you know, employee’s health and happiness are often compromised due to life's high demands and work responsibilities. Many employees find themselves fulfilling deadlines and duties at the expense of their own health, leading to increased stress, anxiety and impaired cognitive functioning.

According to the World Institute of Stress, 65% of workers said workplace stress had caused difficulties in both their personal and professional lives; and more than 10% described these as having major effects. Over half said they often spend 12-hour days on work related duties and an equal number frequently skip lunch because of the stress of job demands.

Given all that, it’s no surprise that employees are facing extreme burnout--which the World Health Organization defines as a combination of energy depletion or exhaustion, negative or cynical feelings about one's job, and drastically reduced professional efficacy.

Productivity is related to profitability, but more seems not to be the answer; in fact, the data bears out that the opposite is true.

Less stress and burn-out leads to happier, healthier and more productive employees...which, in turn means more work accomplished, more money saved, and higher overall revenue.

Human Operations Consultants

We’re not here to restructure the entire framework of corporate workflow. We’re not expert consultants in corporate operations.

We’re experts in human operations.

And when we’ve applied that expertise to corporate settings, we’ve consistently found the same thing: if the goal is more output, the answer isn’t more input; it’s better input

The solution to leaks in energy is efficiency. It’s not more time. It’s more work in less time

The key to improving productivity across the board is to improve productivity on an individual level, from the C-Suite down to the mailroom.

Over and over, science demonstrates that overworked employees exhibit higher stress and elevated anxiety. Coupled with limited time for physical and emotional self care, this leads to decreases in cognitive function, as well as happiness, efficiency, and productivity.

Conversely, when employees have ample time to take care of their minds and bodies, companies have improved morale, higher output, and better culture.

And therein lay the issue—because the biggest challenge for your employees is finding the time to make it all happen.

On the corporate side, this leads to a conundrum: if you haphazardly create this time—whether through reduced hours, work from home programs, or other means, you’re contending with human nature. How can you be sure employees will actually use it for that purpose?

That's where we come in.

The Overlooked Key to a Successful Business

Happy and healthy employees are the key to running a successful business.

And we know how counterintuitive it can feel for employees to imagine that stepping away from their workload to take a mental and physical break can actually help them to feel better and get more accomplished but...here's why our program works:

  • Significant improvements in cognitive function happen within 10-45 minutes of movement based activities, which is why we've tailored our workouts to 45 minutes intervals.

  • Physical activity that takes place at work as a higher attendance rate than off-site company fitness initiatives which is why we bring this experience straight to you!

  • Increased levels of physical activity benefit numerous aspects of brain function; focus, attention to detail, working memory, problem, solving and prioritization, to name a few- these are vital workplace skills we can help activate.

  • Physical activity improves physical, emotional, social, and mental health, and can even act as a preventative measure for chronic diseases. Basically, we're improving your employee's health (and therefore reducing your healthcare costs).
